Food Post~! YuMmY~~!!
Here are some pictures of the dishes, some with recipe, some without. Those without are probably simple or I am jst plain lazy. Ask me if u want the recipe :P.
Please mind me if I miss out a few steps on the preparation part here. Just lazy or 4got what I did.
Last few weeks....
Ingredients for 2 person:
1. 3 Slice of Pork Sirloin (can get from supermarket)
2. 2 Red Onions
3. 2 Tomato
4. Tomato sauce
5. Chili sauce
6. 1 cap of soy sauce
7. 3/4 Cup of water
8. Corn flour
9. 2 pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar
10. Sausages if you wanna make it funky~
How to prepare:
1. Slice the pork sirloin into smaller slices. Minced each of the slices and roll it into a ball. (size of 50cent coin will do)
2. Roll the minced pork over the corn flour. Try to cover the entire minced pork with corn flour.
3. Deep fry the corn flour coated minced pork till golden brown.
4. Prepare the sauce. Stir the tomato sauce, chili sauce, 1 cap of soy sauce in a 3/4 Cup of hot water.
5. Stir-fry the onions and tomato. Then, pour the sauce mixture into the pan. Add tomato sauce/chili sauce if you want to make the sauce thicker and richer.
6. Pour the sauce onto the deep fried minced pork and the Sweet & Sour Pork is done!
Boiled ABC Soup and other vegetables as well. But forgot to take pictures. >.< Today's Special....
Black Pepper Vodka Steak
Ingredients:
1. Australian Round Eye Steak (if got Rib Eye Steak or Sirloin Steak could be better)
2. 2 Sausages
3. French Fries
4. Broccoli
5. Onions
6. Black Pepper
7. McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
8. McCormick Meat Tenderizer (can be seasoned or unseasoned)
9. MasterFoods Steak Sauce
10. Smirnoff Premium Vodka
11. 1/2 cup of boiled water
12. 1 teaspoon of cooking flour
How to prepare:
1. You can season the meat few hours before you cook. But I seasoned the round eye steak 1 night before cooking it. This is to ensure the meat will absorb the seasonings.
2. Stir-fry the broccoli with butter and onions. Add half a cap of soy sauce.
3. Fry the sausages
4. It is better to prepare the sauce before hand. Stir steak sauce, 1/2 cup of boiled water, 1 teaspoon of cooking flour, black pepper (according to your likings), and 3 teaspoon of vodka on a hot pan. Then place the sauce aside.
5. Sprinkle the meat tenderizer evenly over the steak
6. Hot the non-stick pan with butter. Then place the seasoned steak on the the pan. The steak is cooked according to your liking, well done, medium done or half done. I accidentally made it well done. :P. Tot of gettin it 80% done..
7. Serve the Black Pepper Vodka Steak with fries, broccoli and mashed potato.

btw, the sweet sour pork, should marinate the pork before cooking. so much more tender and yummy. mmm... (it's just a mix of salt, sugar, oyster sauce, egg, water :D) And I normally don't mince the meat cos I buy lean meat and just cut out slices from it. Owh and your sauce is missing salt and sugar... ;)
